Culture Fusion

Culture fusion was another big success this year, with the theme being "Culture of Love." We had many talented student chefs presenting dishes from a variety of cultures, with first place going to Josh Valdez and Tiffany Cheng's French Macaroons. We had 13 amazing student and faculty performances, ranging from classical performances to elegant Chinese Petal Dances. A variety of love songs were performed throughout event, making it a night to remember .The cultural fashion show was vibrant and truly showcased UCSD SSPPS's cultural diversity. The global health education grant winners, Jenny Liang and Jincheng Yang, presented on their pharmacy outreach at the Linda Vista Multicultural Fair and Parade. At the end of the night the new CSHP-UCSD board was installed by Dr. Kethen So.
