SDSHP Chinese Student Seminar

CSHP-UCSD prides itself with giving students at UCSD an opportunity to share their experience of pharmacy school during the summer. This was the second year that CSHP-UCSD collaborated with the SDSHP chapter in hosting Chinese pre-pharmacy students from Jiangsu province on July 18. These students were participating a longitudinal educational seminar sessions, which explained how to become a successful pharmacist in the United States, by highlighting preparations during pre-pharmacy school, during pharmacy school, and post graduate residency training. CSHP-UCSD assisted in the event by recruiting (P2 through Alumni) panelists and participating as the panelists to offer direct insight of our current extracurricular involvements followed by a Q&A session. The event went well and CSHP-UCSD members left a great impression upon these future pharmacists.
